Why is pricing so important?

The first few weeks a house is on the market are the most crucial as this is the time when most of the initial inquiries are made. A newly listed property generates immediate interest from agents and potential buyers.  Listing the property at the appropriate value limits the possibility of diminishing interest. Keep in mind that today's home buyers are savvy and will have done their homework on how much the property should be priced.
